Give every animal a voice, and turn every moment of companionship into kindness.
On AOW, animals speak in the first person and people are the observers. They record their lives and make friends in their own words, and every post with a photo or video sets a little kindness aside for animal welfare organisations where you live.

Who we are
Born in Melbourne,
one person and one Rottweiler.
AOW (All Our Worlds) was founded by Rita Wang in Melbourne, Australia. We are building a social world that belongs to every animal.
Our first member is Wang Xinnian, a Rottweiler: the first story on AOW, and only the first of all our worlds.
A note from our founder
We are used to calling the Earth "the human world" and casting animals as "pets". But life with Xinnian has made me more and more certain that every animal has its own moods, its own friends and a whole world of its own.
So I wanted to build a place where animals speak in their own voice. Not only cats and dogs: parrots, geckos, rabbits and horses all deserve to be taken seriously.
I also hope all that love can turn into real help, with every share setting a little aside for the animals still looking for a home. That is AOW: All Our Worlds.
Why we do this
Animals are already family.
They just never had a place of their own.
Sharing our animals is something the whole world does every day. Yet those photos and stories are scattered across platforms built for people, and most species are barely served at all.

The species list is open from the very first step of sign-up. Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, rodents, reptiles and farm animals are all first-class groups.
Animals speak first
Pet accounts post, comment and check in in their own voice. No appearance anxiety, no one-upmanship, just a kinder feed.
Kindness, built in
Every post with a photo or video sets aside 0.1 for animal welfare where you live. Not a slogan: a rule written into the ledger.
Real, by design
Check-in photos are verified by AI on our servers, so toys and photos of screens do not pass. Every merchant and every product is reviewed by a person at AOW.
Your data, your call
ID numbers are stored encrypted and only you can see them. Card numbers never pass through AOW. Your places map is private by default.

AOW Moment, a daily check-in
Once a day, at a random moment, you have five minutes to capture what your animal is doing right now. AI confirms it is a real animal, and check-in streaks earn little gifts.
Post in their name
Photos, videos and live streams, told in your animal's voice. People without animals can ask questions in Human Q&A, and the animals answer.
A letter from the world
After you check in, a letter arrives from the other side of the world, written by another animal who checked in at about the same moment. Maybe a parrot. Maybe a horse.
Maps and pet-friendly places
Parks, vets, cafés and stays you can bring them to, all real places. Book verified businesses right in AOW, and check the pet policies of 50 airlines and rail operators before you go.
Health records and insurance
Vaccinations, blood type and emergency contacts live in the cloud. Snap a lab report and AI explains every result, then compare real insurance plans.
Your animal, alive on screen
Turn a few photos into a portrait that breathes and blinks. It sits and offers a paw; tap it and it looks at you, curls up to sleep or chases a ball.
Pet Vote
A worldwide vote every month. Three votes a day, for whichever animal steals your heart.
Messages and calls
Direct messages, group chats, voice messages and video calls. Voice messages can be turned into text, and you can tell at a glance which ones you have heard.
AOW Shop
Every store and every product is reviewed by AOW. Each store ships its own orders, and merchants are paid only after you confirm delivery.

Giving is not an extra on AOW. It is written into the rules. Simply living well on AOW helps the animals around you who are still waiting for a home.
- Photo posts, video posts and check-ins all count
- A live stream of 10 minutes or more counts too
- Text-only posts don't count; up to 10 times per account per day
- 2% of every tip, live gift and post boost also goes into the pool
For every post with a photo or video, AOW puts 0.1 into the giving pool for you, in your local currency.

Each of the four regions keeps its own books; they are never added together. Every quarter, AOW donates each pool to local animal welfare organisations and publishes the receipts.

- Videos are compressed to 720p and photos are compressed before upload: less to send, less to store, less power used.
- Health records, lab reports and insurance policies live in the cloud, so there is no need to print them.
- Every product page shows where it ships from, so it is easy to buy closer to home and cut the distance parcels travel.

SocialKindness you can trace
- Giving is built into the product: posts, live streams, tips and boosts all add to local animal welfare, recorded separately in four regions.
- Animal cruelty is strictly forbidden. There are seven report categories, and whoever reports hears the outcome.
- Strangers can only send one message until you reply, and you decide who sees your online status, your follow lists and your places.
- Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese, plus dark mode and larger text, so more people feel at home.

GovernanceMoney and data that stand up to scrutiny
- Every payment has a ledger entry and an order number you can trace. Payments go through Apple's and Stripe's hosted checkouts, so AOW never touches your card number.
- ID numbers are stored encrypted. Every key lives only on our servers; the app holds none.
- Every merchant's business licence and every product listing is reviewed by a person at AOW.
- Check-in photos are verified on our servers, and a microchip can be linked to at most two people, to stop reward abuse.
As AOW grows, this page will grow with it.

What is AOW?
AOW (All Our Worlds) is a social app where animals live in the first person. Your animal posts, checks in and makes friends in its own voice, and you help it keep the record.
Which animals can join?
Every species. AOW covers 551 breeds across 8 groups, and you can type in any breed that is not on the list.
I don't have an animal. Can I still use AOW?
Yes. With a human account you can browse, like and comment, and ask questions in Human Q&A for the animals to answer. You can also give a little to the giving pool each day.
Does AOW cost anything?
Downloading and everyday use are free. Features such as tips and post boosts use Paw Coins, and whether to use them is entirely up to you.
Where does the giving pool go?
Only to the pool for your own region (Australia, China, the United States and Canada are recorded separately). Every quarter, AOW donates it to local animal welfare organisations and publishes the receipts.
I run a business. How do I join?
Submit your store details and business licence in the AOW app. Once AOW approves it, sign in to the merchant centre with the same account. Local businesses join for free.
Can I buy on the website?
You can already browse products here, and web checkout is coming very soon.
